Documentación gráfica de la construcción de paz con el DNP

El jueves 23 de junio nos encontrábamos haciendo documentación gráfica en el 1er Seminario Taller Innovación Social + Construcción de paz con el DNP y el Banco Mundial en el evento cuando nos dijeron: “Vamos a parar un rato con la actividad para escuchar desde La Habana el acuerdo del cese bilateral del fuego y el fin del conflicto”. La emoción nos invadió a tod@s, el tema que estabamos tratando no podía estar más alineado con lo que estaba sucediendo ese día: Innovación social para construcción de paz. Un tema que nos involucra a todos como sociedad y que se viene dando desde hace tiempo a través de iniciativas ciudadanas que le apuestan a un país más equitativo y justo. El DNP busca retomar y fortalecer el tema y convertirlo en motor constructor de paz, observando, analizando y adaptando lo mejor de las experiencias externas en procesos de posconflicto e innovación social.

On thursday 23rd of june, we were doing graphic recording of the event Social innovation + peace building with DNP and the world bank when an announcement was made: “we are going to pause for a little while so that we can listen from Habana the cease of fire agreeement and the end of the conflict with the FARC”. We were taken by excitement, the mere topic of the workshop couldn’t be more aligned with what was happening that very day: Social innovation and peace building. A topic that concerns us all as society and that has always been present through citizen initiatives that work towards a more equitable and just country. DNP is looking to strenghten and give attention to this intention and transform it into a peace building engine. Observing, listening, analysing and adapting the best of each social innovation and post-conflict experiences.
