“¿Uds son los de los vídeos?” era la pregunta constante seguida de expresiones de satisfacción de la gente de Alpina cuando caminábamos por los corredores de las imponentes instalaciones de Sopó los días previos a la celebración del foro.
Llegó entonces el momento de continuar dando vuelo a la mano y al oído, nutrirse nuevamente de experiencias enriquecedoras vividas a través de la conversación, el foro estaba en marcha, Jacobsen Aparicio Asociados puso el tono y la forma con una excelente facilitación que guió a los “Alpinistas” por una travesía de indagación apreciativa. Durante 3 días desfilaron por la tarima físicos, biologos, músicos y profesionales quienes al estilo “TED Talks” incitaron a los “Alpinistas” a convertir el sentido de pertenencia por su empresa en ideas que posteriormente serían la hoja de ruta de Alpina hacia el 2020 alrededor de 6 grandes temas: Valor compartido, productividad, abastecimiento, innovación, internacionalización y talento humano.

Pataleta junto a Out Loud documentó visualmente estas ideas, muchos post-its, mucho yogurt, algo de frio y al final, un gran abrazo de equipo junto a la indescriptible sensación de alivio que te deja hacer lo que verdaderamente te gusta!

“are you the people who made the videos”? was the constant question followed by the acknowledgement from people from Alpina as we walked through the impressive buildings in Sopó the days before the event.

And the time came again when the Pataleta team had to put to work ears and hands to document very interesting presentations and conversations, the forum was facilitated by our friends in Jacobsen Aparicio Asociados, during 3 days we had a succession of presentations TED style from biologists, musicians and professionals who challenged and inspired the people from Alpina to discover, dream, design and live the future of the organisation they wanted to create around 6 main themes: shared value, productivity, procurement, innovation, internationalization and human talent.

Working together with OutLoud Pataleta visualized all the inspiration and insights, lots of post-its, lots of yogurt, very cold mornings and at the end a big team hug with the indescribable feeling that you get when you do what you really like!
