Qué privilegio ha sido ser parte del equipo anfitrión de este encuentro. Celebrando nuestra diversidad, explorando juntas nuestras preguntas, tejiendo redes de empatía y apoyo para ayudarnos mutuamente en nuestros proyectos, atreviéndonos a soñar juntas el mundo que queremos ser parte de crear para nuestros hijos. Compartí, enseñé, aprendí, reí, lloré, bailé, me sorprendí, invité a otras y me invité a mi misma a estar en ese espacio de no saber, de no tener respuestas pero seguir explorando con el intelecto, con el corazón y con las manos.

This was the first training of The Art of Hosting (participatory leadership) of women in the world!

It has been a privilege to be part of the hosting team of this event. We celebrated our diversity, explored together our questions, created empathy and support networks to help each other in our projects, we dared to dream together about the world we want to be part of and to leave for our children. I learned, taught, shared, laughed, cryed, danced, surprised, and invited others and myself to be in this space of not knowing, not having answers but continuing to explore with the intelect, the heart and the hands.

Great inspiration and nourishment for Pataleta in this constant process of aligning our work with our values. One of those good graphic facilitation challenges for Pataleta.
