La metodología del Sistema Operativo de Colaboración parte de la premisa: “Todas las partes interesadas tienen apropiación y alineación con respecto a qué se va a hacer y cómo se va a hacer”. Esto abarca desde la forma de relacionarnos con nosotros mismos y con otros hasta el trabajo en las empresas.
Con la documentación gráfica de pataleta se pudo hacer visible la teoría y el proceso a través del cual los participantes reafirmaron que si las personas y las empresas logran aplicar e interiorizar la premisa y los cuatro principios: gana gana, implícito versus explícito, alineación y apropiación, contenido y proceso podrán entablar procesos más transparentes que lleven a relaciones sanas y duraderas.
The methodology of the Collaborative Operating System is based on the premise: “All the stakeholders have appropriation and alignment with what to do and how to do it”. This covers everything from the way we relate with ourselves and with others to the work in companies.
With Pataleta`s graphic recording the theory and process of the workshop was made visible and participants reinforced the idea that if people and companies manage to apply and interiorize the premise and the four principles: win win, implicit vs explicit, alignment and appropriation, content and process; they will initiate more transparent processes that will lead to healthy and long-lasting relations.
